I am not particularly good at makeup, but I have loads and love playing with it. Dominic Skinner's book is truly make for everyone, it explores the artistic side of makeup, with a mix of instructions to help sharpen the little skills I have.

I now have something to do over the winter.

This was such a beautiful read overall, there was so much colour and I loved it. I definitely feel inspired to move out of my comfort zone and try these looks, I found it fun and the layout made it easy to follow. Overall a great guide that promotes positivity, individuality and having fun with makeup. I loved Dominic on Glow Up so this was fantastic to see his skills on the page,

I requested to read book to get inspiration for my visual and filmmaking projects, and found several of the makeup ideas interesting and mostly accessible.

Stunning book!

As someone who is absolutely obsessed with makeup, I love learning more skills and techniques from pros. This book is pure art and I loved the talent behind these looks. The makeup looks and photos are stunning.

I really like Dominic Skinner, ever since I started watching the first episode of 'Glow Up' - I love his wit and his extravagance so was excited to get reading this book.
However, I was left a little overwhelmed by the make up in the photographs. They were of course very lavish and daring, but I was expecting something I could do myself for a night out and not something as garish as this style. The photos are absolutely stunning thought!

I enjoyed looking at the images, but it's not something I would be trying myself.
