If you enjoy seeing gratitude phrases and positive affirmations alongside some nice illustrations, this book is for you.
But, this book is ideal for those who are religious because it contains many religious affirmations referring to God.

Personally, had I known that (the blurb says 'spiritual', but I do not see is a comprehensive term for and synonymous with religious).

To be fair, besides the open-to-interpretation religious affirmations, it is still a book which does not incline towards one faith or the other, and is still handy. It can be a good gift too.
