This looks like a fun book to gift to your girlfriends who may be struggling during what can be a difficult time. I can see this in a gift basket with some wine and snacks!

Honestly, I think this would make a great gift for a friend going through menopause (or peri-menopause). It gives a light-hearted spin on an often challenging and depressing time. There are some great insights but I also love the fact that symptoms I thought were completely random were mentioned, so that helps to normalize the weirdness. There is a good variety of activities throughout the book too, so feel there is a little something for everyone.

Color Me Menopausal is an activity book to help deal with the craziness and chaos of peri and full blown menopause. It's funny, it's educational, it's validating and affirming that we're not alone in this madness. There are puzzles and quizzes and word finds and random Shakespearean quotes and much more packed in with tips and guidance.

This would be a fun gift for the woman in your life that needs a good laugh. It’s chock full of activities that are fun and can educate.

I smiled and or giggled the entire time I perused this book. The illustrations are terrific, the games fun - just an overall great book! It makes light of a subject not touched upon a lot, which is what makes it so great!
