I read this around october time and i thought it was good and a little spooky but i don't think it went into enough detail for it to feel like i was lost in the story and it to feel scary enough. i think this is aimed to a younger audiance so this may be why it didn't hit as well as it could of.

Michelle's Teen Diary of Love and Other Words, Episode 3, by K.C. Breezer, is a Halloween-themed story. This is the third book in this series. Michelle celebrates Halloween at her convent school by going on a field trip to the pumpkin patch, wearing ancient robes, carving scary pumpkins, and storytelling. Michelle's friend was supposed to tell a story, but at the last moment, she fell ill and asked Michelle to take her place. Michelle takes the keys from Sister Anne and goes to the library in search of a story to tell. In the library, Michelle encounters a mysterious girl and finds a story.
Who is that girl? Why was she alone in that library at that time?
If your curious to know about that mysterious girl then do read this book. 🤩🤩🤩
The story is short and simple, with a spooky plot twist at the end. If you love Halloween and enjoy quick, spooky reads, then this book is perfect for you. 🎃🦇🥘👻

"I know some people are sad the summer is over, but I'm not."
Another lovely novella about Michelle, a young girl who adheres to the rules. It’s Halloween and Michelle’s enjoying every minute of the Halloween festivities at her Catholic boarding school. Exciting activities are happening, but when Michelle meets a new acquaintance on the roof, the story she shares with Michelle leaves her SHOCKED as she parses through the details of Margaret’s tale.
Never did I expect that ending! I think my mouth went: 😮
~SPOOKY~
Beautifully written—who doesn't love a good ghost story? Definitely looking forward to more of Michelle’s stories!
