I couldn’t put this book down!! This was definitely one of my favorite Teagan Hunter books!! Best Friends For Never was full of witty banter, small town charm, and all the second chances!
Parker and Noel had once been best friends but life got in their way. Noel was back in town for a dedication ceremony and of course he couldn’t help running into Parker. It’s a small town after all! Would they be able to find their way back to what they once had or were their lives just too different?
I loved getting to see them rebuild what they thought was lost forever. It was really sweet to see the town being redone right along with them. They had so many people cheering them on, oh how I love small town charm! I am so happy they got everything they ever deserved and then some!

Thank you NetGalley & Montlake for this e-ARC.
I love the friends-to-lovers cliche, and this one has an extra dose of drama: friends-to-enemies-to-lovers. It took me a while to get into the story, but once I did, I was completely hooked. This story is so delightful and adorable. All of the main and supporting characters are very likable and have amazing quirks. This is really different from her sports romance, which I have read a lot of. I liked Axel and Parker's friendship and his unwavering support of her. Astrid and Lulu were excellent supporting characters that really enriched the story and helped guide Noel in the correct way.

I'm a huge fan of the friends-to-lovers trope, and this one delivers with an extra dose of drama: friends-to-enemies-to-lovers! Noel and Parker's childhood friendship is shattered when he confesses his feelings the night before he leaves to pursue his dreams of becoming an actor in LA.
Ten years later, his return is anything but smooth. Their reunion is explosive! It took me a bit to really get into this story, but once I did, I was hooked! It was the characters who really sucked me in. If you love a good small town, found family, heartwarming story, this is definitely one to read!
Thank you to NetGalley and Montlake for the opportunity to read this digital ARC. All opinions expressed are my own.

Noel broke Parkers heart last time he left town. Now he is back, but only for 6 weeks, so will she give him another chance when she knows he will be leaving all over again? I liked how it was told from both points of view.

This second chance romance happens in a adorable small town in the Pacific Northwest, it’s the type of town where everyone knows your business.
Noel and Parker were childhood best friends who had a moment of realization that it was romantic. However, both of them had different goals and they parted ways.
Fast forward 10 years; Parker is in their small town doing renovations and she has taken on a pet project of restoring the dilapidated town theater that she and Noel loved as kids.
Noel who’s become a famous Hollywood actor is back to visit as the theater is being named after him, plus he is visiting his grandmother who raised him.
Sparks fly between the Parker and Noel, yet there’s still hurt feelings and things left unspoken.
This is such a charming, enjoyable romance. The primary and secondary characters are so likable and they all are a bit quirky in wonderful ways.
I’ve read many of this authors books, this is quite different than her sports romance or Texting series. I love it just as much.
It has wonderful heart, great humor and steamy chemistry. The characters are multi dimensional and lovely. This was a fun and engaging romance.

Noel and Parker grew up and were best friends that as they got older these feelings started to happen, but neither really wanted to react on them until it was time for Noel to leave. When things were said and done it was like they knew the feelings were there but chose to ignore them so that they could each chase their dreams and how they go from being almost inseparable to no communication for 10 years blew my mind. Once Noel does come back to town things get interesting as they have to figure out this new place they are in and without much talking they fall into this easy relationship until once again the choice is smacking them in the face. Will they get it right this time or will they let more time slip them by? I liked the story of these two but the communcation could have been better since they spent so much time away from each other, but if it wasn't for their meddling family members I think that they would have let each other slip away again.

This is a second chance romance about Noel and Parker. They grew up together and before Noel left town ten years ago, he admitted he loved her. Now he finds his way home, for the theater opening, unsure how the town will see him and Parker. Parker has never left his thoughts or heart and seeing her now is hard, especially since she has a new best friend. With emotions flying, heartache coming back to the surface, and misunderstandings he will do what is necessary to show her how important she. As they grow closer, will Noel give up LA and move home for the only woman he has ever loved? This is a really cute stand alone with great characters. I loved the friendship between Axel and Parker, and how he is always there for her. Astrid and Lulu were great secondary characters that added so much to the story and pushes Noel in the right direction. If you love second chance small town romances I would give this one a try.
Received ARC in exchange for voluntary honest review from Teagan Hunter and Valentine PR.

A small town, second chance romance between best friends who lost touch with each other for 10 years. The romance is sweet, but the reconnection between Parker and Noel is the best part of this story. These two were so close as adolescents - high school, but neither of them wanted to risk their friendship by admitting to deeper feelings until the night before Noel left town for LA.
Both have been successful in the intervening decade, but they aren’t truly happy. When Noel returns to town a few days early for the local theater’s renovation groundbreaking ceremony they keep running into each other and begin to thaw out the deep freeze their friendship has been stuck in.
The charm of small town life and the memories of their shared past bring Noel and Parker closer together and then he commits to staying in town for 6 weeks to help fundraise for the theater renovation project. More time together slowly forces Noel and Parker to admit their feelings and attraction to each other. Neither are sure what’s going to happen because Noel isn’t willing to stay in Emerald Grove and Parker doesn’t want to move to LA. It took the influence of their loved ones to make them realize compromise and long distance was a possibility.
The main characters and the secondary characters are all appealing and interesting. The secondary story of Parker and her childhood nemesis becoming close friends and business partners was a fun extra layer that added to the second chance romance storyline since Axel and Noel were best friends first.
A very entertaining and enjoyable read.
I received a free ARC from the author, NretGalley and Valentine PR; and I am voluntarily leaving an unbiased review.

Best Friends for Never by Teagan Hunter follows the storyline of two best friends rekindling their friendship, and maybe even more. Parker, a small-town girl with her own interior design business has lived in the same town her entire life. Noel, hot-shot actor, left small town Washington, and his best friend Parker, 10 years ago to pursue his dream career. when a theater restoration project in his home town is happening, and it’s being dedicated to him, he is forced to go home for a little, but will he stay longer? and what will his reasoning be?
Hunter does a fantastic job at keeping the slow-burn going. she makes you fall in love with the characters and small-town life they lead and love, and her writing genuinely had me kicking my feet. this is the perfect spring break read for anyone who loves a good rekindling of a situationship with a sprinkle of small-town community love

I really enjoyed Noel and Parker's story! Great small town with fun characters. After years of separation, Noel and Parker reconnect and it was great seeing how they got past previous hurts and couldn't resist each other. Great banter, great steam, and Noel is SWOONY. Loved this book!

“From the day we met, I knew you were mine and I was yours.”
Parker and Noel were best friends growing up but their dreams took them in different paths and next thing you know it’s been a decade since they last spoke.
Parker stayed in their hometown and is now heading the renovation of their old theater that is now being named after Noel. The theater is being named after Noel, which means he’s finally coming back to Emerald Grove and will finally see each other again after 10 years.
There might be some hurt between them but they also couldn’t ignore the strong pull that’s always been there. It seems the distance and years of not speaking to each other is nothing to the chemistry between them. Next thing you know they’re spending all their time together and just like old times. But they both know Noel is leaving again, can they somehow figure it out this time around or will Parker be left with a broken heart again?
Lots of banter and humor to get you laughing but also sweet moments that will make you fall in love and don’t forget the spice! When you have chemistry like Parker and Noel and the strong connection they built from their years of being best friends. you know it translates well in the bedroom ( and maybe in public!) and these two did not disappoint!
A sweet, small town romance between two best friends who are meant for each other, but need to grow up and learn to fight for what they want. Lots of secondary characters that you’ll also fall in love with!

I don't often read this type of romance anymore and this has been on my TBR for a long time. However, I am so glad that I picked this one up and read it. It was so refreshing and fun to read. I really enjoyed the small town aspect, but I think the relationship between the FMC and her business partner really stole the show. Oh that and Lou-lou (the grandma). She was the absolute best. Actually the whole supporting cast was great. I could have read 300 more pages of their antics all up. This is a great read and if you like small town best friends to lovers, second chance and redemption arcs then this book is for you.
Big thanks to NetGalley and @teaganhunterwrites for a copy of this book. This is my honest opinion.

Great, lighthearted, well written Romance with the most likeable characters ever (except you, Figgins!). Parker and Noel had great chemistry, their banter was fun, and the spice was well written. I’ll definitely be checking out Teagan Hunter’s other books! There are so many badly written Romances out there, so finding the ones that have the right balance is always refreshing!

Grab this small town second chance story! A little different for Ms. Hunter and I loved it.
Noel and Parker are best friends and at graduation he asks her to go to LA with him. Ten years later he has achieved his dream. Returning home for the opening of the old theater, he runs into Parker, only to realize she hates him. His feelings, however, have not changed.
The setting is a quirky town, with wonderful side characters. Will Noel and Parker find their way back?
Thank you to NetGalley and Montlake for the advanced copy; this is my voluntary review.

Best Friends For Never - @teaganhunterwrites
This small town romance was the perfect read from Teagan Hunter.
When the Hollywood movie star and small-town girl he left behind collide once again sparks fly and all those feelings they had have never gone away. They have a lot of things to catch up on making this the perfect recipe for a heartwarming romance that consists of second chances and finding their way back to one another.
Parker Pruitt’s is working on restoring the town’s theatre. It's her dream but it's going to be named in honor of Noel Carter. Noel was her best friend who followed his dream from Emerald Grove, Washington, to Hollywood…but in doing so he broke Parker’s heart.
When he returns to Emerald Cove to attend the start off ceremony and to see Parker, he's overwhelmed with emotions but so is Parker. After all, they've not seen each other in a decade.
Noel may be a successful actor but he still finds the comfort in returning home and feels touched by the tribute of the theatre. He soon finds himself extending his stay. But with all the pent up emotions and his attraction to Parker could this now be their time at a chance for love. Noel is definitely determined to make a go of things this time. He just needs to make sure they can get their Hollywood ending.
I enjoyed this small town romance. I liked all the characters as well as all the surrounding ones including Noah's Gran and Parkers mum. There were some real funny moments as well in this heart warming story. I always enjoy books by Teagan Hunter and I love her writing her style too.

Review:
STOP. I absolutely LOVED this!! Even though it had one of my least favorite tropes, miscommunication/non-communication. This story actually makes you feel something like any good romance should. I loved all the characters, especially Gran and Astrid. I could read more about them any day.
Summary:
It’s been ten years since Noel has visited his hometown since moving to LA to pursue his acting career. And now they’re naming the local theatre after him at a groundbreaking ceremony. Only he wasn’t expecting everyone to be so cold to him. Sure, he never visited but still. And if there’s anyone who’s not ready to see him, it’s Parker. The girl he left behind, who he can’t forget. She’s built a life for herself, a good one too. But he can’t resist the urge to be near her. Even though it’s been years it’s easy between them. A few days in and he’s already prolonging his trip. But eventually he’ll have to return. Will their relationship be strong enough this time to survive the uncertainties?

Best Friends for Never is a movie star/small town girl, second chance romcom that had me hooked from the start. parker and Noel's story is filled with unresolved emotions. It's a slow burn, with smoking hot chemistry and all the feels. You get humor, touching moments and plenty of the Teagan banter we all love. I absolutely loved this story.
