This book was different. Definitely not for me. It didn’t feel much like a thriller to me, definitely more sci fi and fantasy. I’m glad I was given the chance to read it but it took me a while to get through. I don’t I’d read it again. Thank you NetGalley, Collective Ink Limited and Jeff and Steph for the E-ARC!

Different and a bit weird but I like it. It's written very well and the plot is intriguing. Thanks to NetGalley, the author and the publisher for the chance to read this book.

I have to assume this is a series but if not it's a perfectly fine adult urban fantasy novel that presents a compelling world (2010s world with angels/demons (or are they?) with a PTSD riddled sex addict Army vet who is trying to come to terms with her own personal demons. I'd like to see more in this world myself.
