This one may not have been for me. Though it was thorough and thought out, I didn’t personally find myself learning much.

I had a bit of a love hate relationship with this book. On the one hand I came away with some tips, some self-reflection exercises and some good advice. But, sometimes I didn’t agree with the author entirely so it made it tricky. Glad I read it though. Thanks to NetGalley for the early copy.

I really enjoyed this book. I felt like it gave life to some of the therapy I’ve been participating in and enhanced my experience with it. I enjoy nonfiction self help books that are based on therapy skills and gives exercises for you to try out. But at the same time I also like that there were explanations given for different goals you might want to pursue. The book mainly focuses on time management in different aspects of your life.
I really found it a pleasant read. Thank you publishers and author for sending me this book
