I really enjoyed reading this book. I thought the author did an amazing job with both the characters and the story line. The theme of the story is surrounding the American Gold Rush. This was a well written and touching story that I could not put down. I can't wait to read more from this author. I highly recommend this novel to history/historical fiction readers.
