Humble and Real

This book was delivered in such an approachable, humble and practical delivery. It reminded me of a well facilitated workshop.

My review is based on the subjects of the book. I personally decided to listen to the audiobook that was narrated by the Author himself while reading the text. I enjoy the ability to highlight key points, tips and information points to revisit.

‘It’s not about perfection, it’s about progress.’ I can definitely see coming back to this book to get re-charged and refreshed during times you feel depleted. This book encompasses subjects, actions and knowledge that I’ve seen take years for those in my life to learn. It’s broken down in an approachable manner. I loved that he included exercises.
