In Get Off the X, Michele Rigby revealed some of the stories she experienced when she worked in the CIA. She changed some of the information to protect certain details. She shared how since September 11 things have changed and the way we operate. She was trained to survive a criminal ambush, kidnapping, or terror attack. She explained what x means and how this is in reference to the location of the enemy attacking us and how we could also be the most vulnerability. The training she has had helped her to get through some tricky challenges. There is countless stories and adventure through the book. She revealed ways in dealing with feeling stuck in your own life and how to handle when you’re unsure of your purpose. She used stories in the book as tools on how to apply the lesson to your own life. This book is excellent in sharing real life stories and readers will be in awe and shocked by some of them. It was interesting in how she related them back to lessons we can use in our own lives.

I have not really read many self help books before but this one reminded me of first man in by Ant Middleton.
Michele has some good points and prose in this book but for me I dont really enjoy self-help books if Im being honest.
Well worth a read however.
