This is a true workbook. After an introduction, the books has pages for the reader to complete. If followed, the book will be full after 30 days and the reader will have genuine and deeper insights into her mindset.
The introduction has guidance on how to use the book, how to consider and set goals, and then there is a tracker section. There’s a lot of information on the daily pages, and it revolves around a morning and evening reflection.
There’s a lot packed in here and the opportunity to really consider how we treat ourselves was nice. We don’t often just pause and give awareness to what’s happening in our lives. This book stops the ‘automatic/unconscious’ behaviour and makes you really focus.
Recommended if you’re randomly climbing that ladder while uncertain if it’s against the right wall.

Really helpful in achieving self reflection also loved the daily activities that were giving overall.

This is a hands on Workbook for a woman’s healing journey. Intentions/goals, goal planner, money and time tracker with you expectations and actual accomplishments. It allows you to quickly document in the morning and evening; mood, boundaries/triggers/power to help you recognize where you can improve.
Receiving an ARC for a workbook is challenging because I could not write in the workbook and that’s what is required. Despite not being able to utilize the workbook as it was intended, it was a good workbook for self improvement.

I got this as a Ebook and wish I had gotten a hard copy, considering that, this is a very well thought out workbook, it’s engaging and very easy to follow! I will be purchasing a hard copy to work through.

This is a very comprehensive guided journal. There are many specific tasks geared at building confidence and self-love, along with ones to improve overall sense of well-being.
