I loved this book! Friends Forever by Mary Murphy is engaging and fun. As a teacher, I can use this book in so many ways! Friends Forever is perfect for classroom culture and team building. I also can meet state teaching standards by using this book to help students identify words that rhyme. The beginning of a new school year is also a great time to read this book to kindergarten students followed by a discussion about how they can work together to keep each other safe. I’d like to get the hard copy when it comes out because I can see students choosing to read this book multiple times.

Fun, cute book for small kids. I took a star off because it would be a great board book but the story is a bit long for the content.

This is a sweet story, great for Littles new to reading or being read to. The illustrations are a great point of conversation. This story encourages readers to explore what's around them.

I loved the simple verse and the engaging images of these two friends as they did fun things together, but also looked out for each other when necessary. It's nice to see the essence of friendship shown so simply and completely. The illustrations are light and engaging and the book is short enough that even the most impatient reader will have the satisfaction of reading a whole book. I found the color palate of white and black on green to be calming, and I think it would have the same effect on young readers. A keeper.

Friends Forever is cute and lovable, just like the monkeys in the book. The color palette wasn’t my favorite, but it was a very fun and exciting story for a 3yo. Thanks to NetGalley!

Friends Forever by Mary Murphy is an adorable, simplistic short story about two money friends that play together and always have each others’ backs. The bright and colorful artwork style is very pleasing on the eye (I like that the color scheme stayed consistent throughout), and I can imagine a little one just loving to read this sweet story and look at each cute illustration! My only wish is that the font was different, or a little bolder - it seems to fade into the background a bit for me.

What a lovely story about friendship! This story will especially appeal to siblings and friends who enjoy playing and being together.
The illustrations are so creative and, in their simplicity, create a nurturing environment through the characters for the readers. Sweet and appealing tale!

This is so cute and simple to understand!! I think it would be perfect for a child who’s about to have a new sibling or even if two siblings aren’t getting along.

As a preschool speech-language pathologist, I would absolutely buy this book to add to my therapy collection. The illustrations are nice and vivid, and I love the simplicity of the book. There is rhyme and lots of concepts that can be targeted- such as labeling the animals, describing the actions and colors etc. Such a cute book!

I wish the last line of the book was a little bit more impactful or playful -- it didn't really match the energy of the rest of the book but overall this was so sweet and would purchase to read to my nephew! :)

This is the sweetest little toddler book about friendship. It talks about doing everything together including playing and sharing.

I love the aesthetic of the book. The black and white graphics of the monkeys against the limited colors and patterns of the background are perfectly designed. Absolutely fantastic for little eyes to check out while you’re reading the story

I enjoyed this story and loved the focus on friendship.

The story was lovely, it was well written and it was easy to follow - I read the book with my daughter and we really enjoyed it.

The illustrations in the book really suited the story and they helped to bring it all to life. The illustrations were nice, bright and clear.

It is 4 stars from me for this one - highly recommended!
