Caleb Crowe has become one of my favourite authors. He has done it again. This books was amazing. The story line had you hooked. It shows how someone who is desperate to fit in or be loved is willing to believe anything. They can turn a blind eye and not see certain truths. It also shows how far someone is willing to got when they love someone and does not want to lose them. I absolutely love how th transition between chapters are written.
Thank you, NetGalley, the author and the publisher, for th e advance copy for an honest review.

First time reading this author and loved it and everything about it. You wont be disappointed, has so many twists and turns which i love about books. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Such a great face paced thriller that follows Two troubled teens who get reconnected as adults. Read this in one sitting!

Thank you to Netgalley and Inkubator Books for an ARC of this book. I enjoyed this book and I read it in one sitting. I could not put it down! And I thought I had it figured out and I did not!! Loved the twists! I would definitely recommend this book.

I’ve been reading a bunch of fantasy lately so this was a nice book to break that up. I enjoyed it very much. Definitely a rollercoaster of thoughts and feelings. It’s insane how twisted some people can actually be. If you’re looking for a good psychological thriller, I recommend this book.

A brilliant fast paced read so hard to put down once I started. This book will keep you hooked from the very first page.

In this psychological thriller, Ariana is a 17-year-old girl sent to live with the family of 12-year-old Daniel. Both are products of troubled situations but one is severely affected by it. Ariana, while trying to run away, meets an older man named Henry. They start dating and eventually marry but their marriage is cut short by the sudden death of Henry. She is not even upset about it. F
Filled with flashbacks the author paints a backdrop to fill in the gaps in the history of the characters with the main focus on Ariana and Daniel. Ten years ago both survived a fire that killed Daniel's family but there is a mystery behind how the fire was started. At present, Daniel and Ariana have reconnected and are now working in a gallery she owns. Strange things happen when their main artist suddenly goes missing.
If you love psychological thrillers based on toxic behaviors and relationships. You will love this book once you get used to the back and forth.
Thank you Inkubator Books and NetGalley for letting me read this book in exchange for an honest review.

Never Let You Go follows Ariana and her journey in life as well as Daniel's.
I was able to figure out some of the twist midway through the book, but there was more.
The ending was beautiful and poetic almost.
I loved how the author interwove a chapter of now and a chapter of then, hooked together with the words from the ending of the last chapter as the words in the beginning of the next.
Great work!

3 ⭐️⭐️⭐️. This one started off soooo good but sadly by the halfway point it really started to drag and I already predicted the ending. Being honest, I did like the authors writing style. The problem for me was that it became too predictable. So in a nutshell, I didn’t hate it but I didn’t love it….but I would probably give the author another chance in the future.

Caleb Crowe’s Never Let You Go is a gripping and emotional psychological thriller that explores the enduring power of love, trauma, and dark secrets that refuse to stay buried. The novel follows 17-year-old Ariana, who, after running away from her foster home, finds an unexpected refuge with the Willens family, caring for their gifted yet vulnerable son, Daniel. What begins as a story of solace and newfound belonging soon spirals into a haunting tale of tragedy, separation, and an unsettling reunion a decade later.
Crowe masterfully weaves a narrative that shifts between past and present, unraveling the intricate bond between Ariana and Daniel. Their relationship—built on mutual understanding and a shared sense of loneliness—feels authentic and deeply touching. However, when a shocking event shatters their world, Ariana is left to navigate the aftermath alone, only to have Daniel resurface years later, bringing with him the ghosts of their past.
The novel excels in its exploration of trauma and resilience. Ariana’s struggle to move forward while being tethered to painful memories is portrayed with raw intensity, making her a compelling protagonist. Daniel, on the other hand, remains enigmatic—his brilliance and emotional depth making him a fascinating character whose return stirs both nostalgia and fear.
Crowe’s writing is atmospheric and suspenseful, keeping readers on edge as long-buried secrets gradually come to light. The slow-burn tension builds to a climax that is both shocking and emotionally resonant, leaving readers questioning the true cost of loyalty and the lengths one will go to protect those they love.
Overall, Never Let You Go is an engrossing and thought-provoking read, blending psychological depth with a compelling mystery. Fans of psychological thrillers with strong character-driven narratives will find themselves captivated by this haunting tale of love, loss, and redemption.

First of all, thank you to NetGalley, Caleb Crowe, and Inkubator books for this ARC copy. I loved it! It was gripping and I couldn't stop reading. I liked how the author started the beginning of chapters with the last sentence of previous chapter.
I am looking forward to reading more books from this author.

In this psychological thriller Never Let You Go by Caleb Crowe we meet Ariana and Daniel. Ariana had a hard childhood growing up in foster care. She ended up in a home where she looked after the son Daniel. They bonded over their similarities and found comfort in that until a tragedy tore them apart. Now, ten years later Ariana and Daniel reconnect. The story has dual timelines and flows well. There are some surprises along the way that create an undertone of suspense. Thank you to Netgalley, Inkubator Books, and the author for the advanced copy.

Never Let You Go touched on some key life issues, such as mental health and childhood trauma. The story alternated between present day and incidents that occurred 10 years earlier. The writer did well with the alternate timelines, and there was no confusion whatsoever. The story follows Ariana and Daniel, drawn together when they were younger as their paths crossed. Separated by a tragic incident, they lost touch for close to a decade and are now reunited. As they to know each other again, Ariana begins to become suspicious about everything she thinks she knows about Daniel. After also suffering a recent loss, Ariana tries to remain in control as she feels her life spiraling. While the twists are intriguing, a few of them were a bit predictable. Overall, a solid read that offers an enjoyable experience.

For me, a true test of a thriller is if the author can write a good story without making me feeling queasy or nauseous. I love thrillers, I love when I feel unnerved or even a bit on edge. That’s exactly what Caleb Crowe did with this story from the beginning, just when I thought I knew what was going on I was still a bit lost. I was on edge for the whole book and I really enjoyed the whole story. Following Ariana from a young age, to her marriage and then her becoming a widow, it was a bit intense to see another person in her life end up missing. This book is a must read!

Big thanks to NetGalley and the publisher for the ARC!
This was a well written and gripping psychological thriller that kept me turning the pages. It dives into themes of loyalty, guilt, and obsession, and it really knows how to keep you hooked.
That said, while I enjoyed it, I was waiting for that “wow” moment that never quite came. Don’t get me wrong, it’s completely worth your time if you’re into dark, twisty thrillers with morally gray characters. The ending still packed a punch, even if it didn’t fully blow me away.

This was my first book by Caleb Crowe, and while I’ve heard great things about his books, this one fell a little flat. I liked the setup of the storyline, the first chapter sucked me in, the rest alternated between present day and ten years prior. The story follows a now-widowed, former foster-care child, who inherits her husband’s failing gallery. The story introduces a new character and I felt like his story was evident from the start.
I became somewhat frustrated with the quirky way the author ended a chapter with the same line as he started the next one- except for when he didn’t and there was no rhyme or reason. I feel like this could be left out in the final publish and no one would be any wiser. The story was pretty predictable and lacked the building suspense I had hoped for. Overall, I may read another from this author, but I was disappointed with this one.
Thank you NetGalley and Inkubator Books for the ARC! I love the ability to check out new authors and books and will continue to seek out more!

I really enjoyed this book. You really feel bad for Ariana and Daniel. They both went through so much trauma as children. Then they find their way back to each other as adults. Just when I thought Ibwas figuring it out, something else comes out. But I finally released what happened, so many pieces fells into place and made sense. This definitely kept me guessing. I would recommend this book to anyone who likes thriller type books.

A solid psychological thriller that works well with flashbacks and present day mixed in. Some surprised throughout, but not as twisted and disturbing as I was expecting. Has a Lifetime movie vibe to it.

17-year-old Ariana runs away from her foster home and soon after finds herself living with the Willens family and looking after Daniel, their 12-year-old son. The two of them forge an extraordinary bond until their lives are torn apart by a horrifying tragedy. A decade later, Ariana, now a widow, is forced to confront her past when Daniel re-enters her life.
The story is told over two timelines, the current day and 10 years previously in alternating chapters mostly from Ariana's point of view. This is my first experience with a Caleb Crowe book and I'm really impressed. The characters are well fleshed out and believable and the story is extremely well written. I loved how the last sentence in one chapter became the first sentence in the next chapter with a totally different connotation. There's an undercurrent of uneasiness throughout the book and, although there were many times I wondered why Ariana couldn't see the truth of things when it was so obvious to me, I couldn't stop reading and was anxious to learn how everything would wind up. The ending is very ambiguous and I'm not too sure how I feel about it.
Thank you to Inkubator Books via Netgalley for the opportunity to read an ARC of this novel. All opinions expressed are my own.

This was a great read!! I couldn’t put it down once I got into it. I kinda had an idea early on in the book of what the outcome of the plot would be and I was almost right but it’s a few twist and turns I was not expecting and was definitely shocked and surprised! I’m hoping there’s a sequel to this book cause I need to know What really happens!! Love it and would definitely recommend it as a Great Read!
