The Saag Lasagna is a new favourite recipe! Definitely give this a go.
I thoroughly enjoyed the recipes in this book, as most were original and new to me, The steps were well thought out and easy to follow and the photos were vibrant and enticing. I wouldn't say these are quick meals so expect to invest a bit of time in the kitchen!
I also noticed that some of the ingredients were difficult to find in my local supermarket but I don't mind this as my intention for reading this book is to try new recipes and flavours.
The only negative was the format of the kindle version which was really quite difficult to navigate.
Thank you to NetGalley for the opportunity to review this recipe book.

This is pretty perfect for a cookbook. Each recipe has a full color photo of the food I am trying to make so I know what it should look like. The list of supplies is set aside and easy to understand. I love that the author added a chart with calories, showing fat, protein, and carbs. The only thing I was disappointed with was that many of the recipes didn't have have a great ratio fibre to the crabs included. Overall, this was a great cookbook.

What a wonderful book, full of recipes that even carnivores will be excited for! There are many recipes to choose from and something for everyone in this cookbook. The descriptions alone will make your mouth water. and the pictures are beautiful. It is a must have book. There is something for everyone here.

I'm not Indian but I'm married to one so I've come to enjoy spiced - not hot! - food. Plus I've been wanting to eat more vegetarian food, for health and cost reasons and find the flavours of Indian food mean the vegetables are never bland.
This is a carefully thought out cookbook, with many tempting recipes, I'm very pleased to add it to my collection.

such a fantastic addition to any kitchen! the recipes are creative, flavorful, and easy to follow, making vegetarian cooking both exciting and accessible. the vibrant photos make the dishes look irresistible. being someone looking to add more plant-based meals to my diet, this is a must-have for me!

Photography was great and colorful. The recipes looked intriguing, but some of the ingredients are not sold at my local grocery store. I appreciate that options for the Instant Pot were given often, but I don't own one or an air fryer.

For the last few years, I have shifted towards incorporating more vegan and vegetarian cooking into my diet. The results have been great and I've successfully lowered my blood pressure and cholesterol. This cookbook is full of global recipes that allow you a glimpse into cuisines from around the world. The recipes are easy to follow and feature easy-to-find ingredients and colorful photos.

As a vegetarian, a lot of things in this cookbook felt unfamiliar because they are low-carb. A lot of the recipes look great, but I would not necessarily recommend this for someone who is not expressly trying to eat low-carb. Just because some of the ingredients are a bit niche if that's not what you're going for. For example, I probably would make a rice dish with actual rice most of the time, instead of the cauliflower rice this book uses. However, it's great to have a resource for those who are eating vegetarian and low-carb. There's an impressive variety of cuisines represented. Also, there are a lot of Indian recipes in here so it would be good for those interested in home-cooking healthy Indian food!

A lovely cookbook with innovative recipes that make you want to get in the kitchen and cook! I love having a variety of vegetarian options when planning our meals for the week and will be adding many of these to our list.
On top of the recipes being wonderful, the pictures are very intriguing and colorful. This is a wonderful cookbook to add to my collection

This book is filled with so many yummy recipes for a healthy reset. Loved the easy to follow instructions and that there was plenty of photos to go with it.

Beautiful photography! The recipes in this book use commonly available ingredients. The directions are easy to follow and straightforward. The recipes tend to lean toward Indian dishes, but are also widely varied. Worth the read.

Loved this cookbook. I have been a vegetarian for over ten years and I always love to find new recipes. There are some really creative recipes in this book and the pictures made the food so appetizing. The recipes were super easy to follow along and I even tried a few and they were delicious!

The author shared different ideas and views of vegetarian cooking. I appreciate the breakdown and the variety. I do think a lot of vegetarian cookbooks lean towards Indian/south Asian cooking, so I'm not sure if this is adding anything new.

I recently tried the Vegetarian Reset program, and while it wasn't exactly what I was looking for in terms of managing my cholesterol, it still had plenty of benefits! The calorie information provided might be perfect for most people, but my main levels. That said, the program offered a plethora of fantastic ideas for incorporating more veggies into my meals, which is always a win!
I was particularly impressed with the variety of recipes and the creative ways to use vegetables in everyday cooking. It definitely inspired me to try new dishes and think outside the box when it comes to plant-based meals.
Overall, if you're looking to add more vegetables to your diet and get some fresh meal ideas, the Vegetarian Reset is worth a try. Just keep in mind that if you're specifically targeting cholesterol, you might need to supplement it with additional research or advice tailored to your needs.

The Vegetarian Reset is a brilliant vegetarian cookbook with both simple and more complex recipes from around the globe and notes on how to make recipes vegan (if they are not already vegan). Recipes within the book allow readers to do world food exploration within the comfort of their own homes.
Each recipe has a beautiful photograph of the dish, listings for ingredients, numbered recipes steps, nutritional information, and cooking notes that include ways to veganize the recipe if it isn't already vegan. Some of the recipes also include a short introduction with a personal anecdote about where the author first learned about the recipe. The brief narratives make for fun reading.
The nutritional information includes calories per serving and amounts of fat, protein and carbohydrates per serving – which helps those of us learning to better understand the details of what we are eating and the effects of different foods on our weight, health, and nutrition.
As a long-term vegetarian who moved from a globally food-diverse city to a country and small city where the only vegetarian offering at restaurants is frequently mushroom risotto, I am on a mission to add recipes with from countries around the globe to my personal rotation of meals to add pleasure and diversity of flavor to my meals. Vasudha Viswanath´s The Vegetarian Reset is making this endeavor easy and enjoyable. I look forward to continuing to make my way through the recipes in the coming months. My favorites so far ... Pad Thai with Seared Tofu and Sundal.
As part of my personal quest to advocate for more vegetarian and vegan offerings at restaurants, The Vegetarian Reset is a book I am recommending chefs in my region explore for potential ideas for their restaurants.

I'm on a mission to try and eat more vegetables and less meat. Whilst I don't eat much meat, this book provided me with so many helpful tips, tools and resources to get me back on track especially as its low carb. I've committed to making at least three to four vegetarian meals a week and this book is never far from me when planning my weekly food shop . The paella and shaksuka were delicious! My new go to 😊🙌

I enjoyed the variety of recipes included in this book. I have always been a meat eater, but I can see myself using some of these recipes in the future.

The Vegetarian Reset focuses on low carb, plant based recipes inspired by all different cuisines. The recipes have some more basic to more advanced recipes and is great for getting inspiration and wanting to cook more plant based. I am excited to try a lot of the recipes.
The Sections are Breads, Rice, Pasta and Noodles, Salads, Soups and Lentils, Eggs, Small Plates, Smoothies, Desserts, & Basics. Each recipe has servings, a recipe blurb, ingredients, steps, cooking notes, nutritional information, and ways to veganize the recipe if it isn't already. I wish it was added the amount of time it would take to make each of the recipes.
Thank you to NetGalley for providing me with an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

Although I am not vegetarian, I found a lot to love in this book. I liked the way that most recipes I wanted to make had a vegan option at the end ( I am egg and lactose intolerant ) making them suitable for me to make. This doesn't happen very often and was really refreshing to see. Will be making many of these recipes. Thank you.

The Vegetarian Reset is full of amazing recipes for some of my top veg dishes like Cacio e Pepe, Falafel Salad, and Roasted Red Pepper Tomato Soup. The recipes are all "low carb and plant forward" - a perfect recipe for getting good health back on track.
Full of beautiful images and fairly straightforward recipes I'm happy to have been given the opportunity to preview a copy of this wonderful cookbook! Thanks to NetGalley and The Collective Book Studio for providing me with a review copy.
