This was a fun and easy read about Leo Messi, who I became a fan of recently! The one thing that bothered me was how much we jumped around, I think a more linear look at his life would have been more helpful.

Messi Mania is a nice blend of biographical background information combined with the impact on US soccer when Messi joined Inter Miami. Fans will love reading another title about their favorite player.

A must for all those who love Lionel Messi. I thank Netgalley and Quarto Publishing Group for the opportunity to read and review this book.

I would have this as in informational read for my higher readers in my 2nd grade class. Lots of soccer fans would love to read about Messi. This would also work well when students have to choose a person for a biography story.

There aren't many kids that do not know who Messi is and this title so perfectly reflects the era of Messi. Messi's arrival in the Unites State's MLS has helped to bring so much deserved attention to soccer and inspire more people to enter the world of soccer. There are so many unknowns about who Messi is and the journey that he had to overcome to become the athletic sensation that he is. This book included so many wonderful facts, snapshots and highlights of Messi. It also showed the struggled and how he had to work hard to overcome the challenges that presented themselves along the way.

I downloaded and requested this copy so my son and I could read it together. He is an avid soccer player and loves to learn the how behind many well known plays in the MLS.
