Solid sequel to The Copper Promise, it was great to see Wydrin, Frith and Sebastian again. A lot happened in this book, some of which was really exciting, but there were also a lot of scenes with characters that I just didn't care about, which really dragged on. I was always eager to get back to the main characters, which shows how interesting they were, but this meant that despite the multitude of things going on, I found quite a chunk of this book a bit boring.
