I really wanted to like this book, werewolves and young love (this was originally tagged as YA) is always a good combo of angst. However, something about the writing felt flat to me. I couldn't connect or empathize with the main characters. Based on some references in book I think they're around 25, but they don't act it. The tension felt forced, like we were told there should be tension, but otherwise wouldn't know. I really never felt like we hit a climax, it all felt very monotonous for me. There are some grammatical errors intermittent throughout which could really derail or hiccup my reading. I liked the concept but it needed more depth for me.
