Thank you so much to Bonnier Books/ Piccadilly Press and Netgalley for the ebook to read and review.

Four best friends live in a small run down town, as the new apothecary shop opens they each receive a trinket, the trinkets are magic transporting the girls in their dreams to an opposite world. Together they work to fix it, saving their own town in the process, but something darker and sinister lurks within it.

This was such a great read, I loved the friendship the girls had, each girl was so different but were very connected and, I really loved that together they found a newer purpose to their friendship. They knew they had to help fix everything and they worked each night together to do that.

I really loved their guardians, they were such unique and magical creatures. I loved how they became so close with them, how they could telepathically communicate and how they protected each other and trusted each other. It was really adorable and added to the magical elements of the story.

This story also had really lovely illustrations throughout that I really enjoyed looking at, showing the girls, the companions, and both the worlds they were in. The characters were very diverse, and the illustrations did show that perfectly.

A really wonderful new magical world, with so many things happening in one story and our protagonists there to save the day. I did feel whilst reading that it almost felt similar to Just Add Magic, with the friendship connection, the having to use their magic secretly to fix everything. I really liked that honestly and if you are a fan of that style of story I really recommend it, it’s one of the best of this kind I’ve read in a while.

The first in a sweet new series about a group of girls who discover they are Dream Keepers. By night the friends venture into a magical version of their village where, along with their animal guardians, they nurture the magic of the land to ensure sweet dreams for everyone. When the shadowy Dark Queen returns, the girls and their guardians must work together to defeat her evil plan to replace the dreams with nightmares. This book is beautifully designed with pretty chapter headings and gorgeous illustrations by the talented Anastasia Kanavaliuk. It's the perfect read for fans of Magic Animal Friends or those moving on from Rainbow Magic.

A charming story for younger readers (mainly girls) about a group of four friends who are trying to help save their village and library. Discovering that they are dream keepers and have dream animals to act as their guardians, helps them in their fight against the Queen of Darkness. A great story of friendship and love of community, that is a delight.
