Project Pony is a lovely book about family and friendship. I loved the way we are drawn straight into the story and into main character Nat's thoughts and feelings. I felt a lot of sympathy for Nat even when I could see her getting things wrong. The real stars of the show, however, are the ponies. Gentle, Patience, naughty Loki. Horse-mad girls will gobble this book up.
