A modest but also rich collection of easy-to-follow and well-presented air fryer recipes.
Handy and beautiful.
Would make a great gift.

I haven't actually made any of the recipes yet, but the variety of food in here was brilliant! There will be something for everyone.
The photography in the book is stunning, and further makes you want to try the recipes. There isn't a photo for every recipe, but it's near enough.

The aesthetics of the book are very visually pleasing - super bright and colourful.
Looking forward to trying the recipes - in particular the mini banana bread

I love the concept behind this book, as it's often so difficult to make food just for one. There are so many great easy recipes in here that I can't wait to try!

My thanks to Michael O Mara publishers and NetGalley for a copy of “Frying Solo” for an honest review.

I’ve recently purchased an air fryer so I’m just getting my head around temperatures and timings for different dishes .
This book had some good recipes , and recommendations on how to cook them in an air fryer.
A few I’d already seen elsewhere but I’ve taken note of others to try..As I read this on the kindle I didn’t get the added colour attraction of the recipes , but I can imagine it would make an attractive addition to your bookshelf.

This is a great recipe book! The layout is lovely and bright and the pictures are beautiful. The recipes are simple and easy to follow and there is lots of variety. I think for a lot of the recipes the air fryer is a bit unnecessary, while I love the air fryer and use it for everything I can I think this could have just been a general solo cooking recipe book without the big focus on the air fryer

This is fine enough - I did think most of the recipes are common sense and no cook required so adding an airfryer element is pointless. My friend Cara will love this as she just goes through the other air fryer book books religiously.
thank you netgalley for letting me read and review.
