This second book in the Brides of Bold series is an intense and emotional timetravel historical fiction novel. It is heartwarming and charming. I enjoyed how captivating and magical it was. I also enjoyed the plot twists and thought it was a fabulous continuation to this wonderful series, and I look forward to the character's continued adventures. I highly recommend reading!

This was a great second book. I enjoyed following the second adventure and hope there might be a third where she finally finds her mother. Time travel is always one of my favorite conceits. The characters in this novel are so well developed and very likeable. The author brings all of them totally alive. Thanks so much for giving me the opportunity to read this series.

Part 2 of the series. The time-travel/mystery love story comes together so nicely. I enjoyed these books very much.

This is the second in a series and while it could be read as a stand-alone, it would be helpful to read the first story. It's a time-traveling historical fictional story. Sabrina is still working at her Aunt Eve's bridal shop when a girl preparing for her wedding, comes in asking for her. She's getting closer to Adam and is torn about finding her mom which involves time traveling.

I enjoyed this story's sequel and look forward to her continued adventures. I enjoyed the main characters in the present-day '80s and enjoyed the twists and turns in the time-traveling part of the story.

Thanks @bookouture, @netgalley, and the author for this arc.

The next chapter in the story set on a quiet street about a dress shop.
Most of this story is set in the early 1960s and it’s always interesting to read about a different decade.
I preferred the 1981 setting because it was such a pivotal time for British couture due to the royal wedding.
It’s an interesting read highlighted by time travel.

Sabrina has found joy in her life working in the bridal shop she grew up in.  She was trained by Evelyn, the shop owner and also the one who selflessly took her in and raised her when Sabrina was abandoned by her mother as a young girl.

Sabrina is working in the shop when a bride-to-be walks in and request Sabrina by name.  She has information about Sabrina’s mother and Sabrina is hesitant to leave.  She loves her life in the shop and with her boyfriend Adam, but she wants to continue to uncover the mystery of her past.

The Dressmaker’s Past, written by author Michelle Vernal, is a wonderful story where the present reunites with the past.  I really enjoyed the story of Sabrina and also Evelyn.  They worked well together not just in the bridal shop but also as Evelyn raising Sabrina.  Evelyn supported Sabrina and did everything possible to give her the life she deserved.

I was completely taken with this charming and heart-warming story.  It was magical and so engrossing.  I couldn’t put it down once I began reading.  I was hooked and I truly enjoyed every moment of this story.  This was a wonderful continuation to a fabulous series.  I highly recommend this lovely read.

And the story continues, Sabrina is back home but the longing to find her mother is strong but if she goes to find her will she ever find her way to the love of her life?
This sweet time travel story is really entertaining. It’s fun to follow the lives of the people Sabrina meets.
Can’t wait for the conclusion.

Thanks to the publisher and NetGalley for the chance to read and review this.

Sabrina is an amazing character and I love reading about her life. She is trying to find her past, keep her wedding business together and is torn about her decisions and how they will affect her life and her love.
She meets some lovely people along the way and they all add to ger story.

I would love to see this as a TV series is is quite whilesome and at times quirky and as we go through the decades, in this case the 50's and 60's we see how times change, but love stays the same..

Having read and loved book one I new I'd love this one if it was anywhere close to that. And it was
It had the same magic woven through it. Plus all the same things I love. A romance, a girl trying to find herself. A touch of.mystery is added by the entrance of a new bride specifically asking for Sabrinas help. Sabrina knows she needs to start making choices.but.isnt ready to let go of finding her past, finding about her mum. She's not quite reached a sense of safety within her present,so will another delve in the past help? And what about Adam?
I loved this book. The new characters and storyline was just as captivating. And having now known the characters I felt even more involved.

Continuing Sabrina’s travels to find her mother. The story stats in 1952 with an introduction to Patty & Davey Hamilton who are looking for their father, they may get a surprise when they do as he introduces them to Strawberry Field. Patty is desperate to keep the promise that she made her mother to always look after Davey & stay together, this is taken out of her hands.
Meanwhile Sabrina is torn between continuing her search for her mother or staying to be with sweetheart Adam Taylor.
This is taken out of her hands when a bride to be enters the bridal shop and asks for Sabrina, when Nicole says her mum recommended the shop Sabrina’s knows she must go back! She finds herself in 1962 where she has the good fortune to meet up with Bernie and flatmate Patty. We follow the antics of the trio as they negotiate the nightclubs and music venues.

I enjoyed this 2nd book more as I knew what to expect from it. I liked the mix of characters. Least favourite one was Sheelagh, favourite one was Sabrina.
