I did find this book good, however due to the long chapters it dragged at times, however that’s a me problem, not the book. The content, insight and research into this book was very impressive; I enjoyed how it looked at the series as a whole and all different aspects of it, instead of just the riders family history and stuff you find in individual rider auto/biographies. I enjoyed reading about aspects such as suit manufacturing and safety, which is something I’d not really read about before. I also enjoyed the aspects of the book that looked at the feeder series of moto3 and moto2. Moto3 has always been a personal favourite of mine for the racing, due to energy and sometimes audacious moves of the young competitors. It was interesting therefore to read about those teams in the paddock. The book was impartial yet also empathetic to the riders stories and I really enjoyed reading about the candid interviews with the MotoGPs superstars. Overall this book was really good and offered a good insight in behind the scenes of a sport I have loved and followed since a child.
