Having recently discovered spelt bread in my local supermarket I was interested to understand more about it, hence why I chose this title. I was keen to learn more about using spelt as an alternative to wheat based breads and this is covered well in the book. The recipes are well written and it also includes some non-bread ones such as soups that you can serve with the bread which was an added bonus. It was well presented with lovely colour photographs. I’d recommend this title to any keen bakers who are interested in baking with spelt and learning more about it. I was given a free copy of this book by NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.
