Thank you so much to the publisher and NetGalley for an Advanced Reader Copy of this book. I want to say upfront that I did DNF this book when I realized it was book 4 of a series.

This book is a Paranormal Fantasy Romance. It is book 4 of the Wickwood Chronicles. This book follows Sashen de Shoale, who must save her world from destruction. To do this, Sashen de Shoale goes to the human world to prevent a catastrophe.

I did enjoy the concept of the book; I was just lost on who the characters were since I hadn’t read the previous books. I will definitely go back to this book once I read the first three books of the series. The whole aspect of traveling to the human realm to save another world really did capture my interest.

Great story! The characters were vibrant and storytelling amazing. I hadn’t read the previous books was able to follow along easily enough as though I had. Great for anyone seeking a good fantasy series and now I need to go back and read more.
