4.5/5 stars!! Okay, this one was really fun! Started out a bit slow but then I finally got hooked and finished it in one day.
The follows Maddie, her husband Cole, and their children after Maddie starts receiving anonymous text messages that make Maddie question everything.
I thought the plot was paced well and that the twists were really enjoyable. I enjoyed the multiple POVs and the overall vibe of the story! My favorite character by far was the daughter, Ellie, she was only 17 years old but honestly felt like she had a better handle on things than the adults did. My major pet peeve in other psychological thrillers is when the main character has no logical reactions and doesn’t confide in other characters, I’m so thankful that Maddie actually talked to other people about what was going on! You could definitely feel her anxiety and that made me really eager to keep reading.
My only complaint & what knocked off half a star for me is that the ending came too quickly imo, wanted more there and it felt a little rushed, but I was satisfied with the ending so 4.5 stars.
Thank you NetGalley & the publisher for the e-ARC. All opinions are my own :)

Another gripping page turner by the very talented Sheryl Browne. The devious, twisty plot kept me hooked right to the mind blowing end. The short chapters and multiple POVs ensured this was a pacey, compelling read. A must read

Thank you to NetGalley and Bookouture for the ARC copy of "My Loving Husband" by Sheryl Browne.
The book had a slow start, taking some time to draw me in. However, as the story progressed, I became more intrigued and wanted to learn how it would conclude. Although some parts of the narrative were foreseeable and the ending was as expected, it left me feeling that it ended too abruptly and lacked a satisfying conclusion.
Nonetheless, I appreciate the author's ability to create a compelling story and evoke a range of emotions. I look forward to exploring more of Sheryl Browne's works in the future.
Thank you for the opportunity to read and review this book.

This was a fun mystery/thriller-lite read! I was invested right away and I really liked the multiple POV. You’ll be on your toes to the very end.
This would be a fun book club pick!
Thanks to NetGalley and Bookcouture for the ARC ! All opinions are my own.

So, very early on in the book, the *who* of everything is clear to everyone but our MC. Look, our MC is a nice woman, but soooo frustrating. I needed her to wake up.
I liked that the author tried to tackle a serious and underrepresented subject. I'm also not sure that it was tackled that well. I think there needed to be more about the trauma this character would have been going through.
The ending is abrupt. I actually thought there were more pages coming. There weren't.
It's an okay read. Not quite entertaining enough to be a delicious popcorn read and a little unbelievable, but serviceable nonetheless.

My Loving Husband
First let me start with the Pros. I enjoyed the short chapters in this book. It kept my attention I read 70% in one sitting. I liked the part where the wife gets mysterious text messages and calls from someone unknown. I wish that Maddie would have had more faith in her husband after they had been together for so long. Other than it keeping my attention I didn’t love this book unfortunately. A lot of the story line was not resolved in the end. There were a lot of questions left unanswered. The ending felt rushed, and a lot of the characters were unlikable. Ellie character was too much. Was the book full of lies & deceit Yes. Was it something that I would recommend to a friend No. I willing to give this author another chance, but this book was not my favorite.
Thank you, Net Galley, the author, and the publisher, for an e-ARC in exchange for an honest review.

My Loving Husband is a good psychological thriller. Maddie, a pediatric nurse, and Cole, a charismatic neurosurgeon, live with their seventeen year old daughter Ellie and young twin boys. They are a busy family, Cole is not around much, and there appears to be constant strain on their marriage. One day Maddie starts getting threatening messages on her phone, one being “your husband is planning to kill you.” There are several interesting and well drawn out characters to follow, along with a side story about Ellie. I did feel that Ellie behaved far beyond her teenage years. Still, the author kept my interest, steadily increasing the tension and excitement to its twisted ending. With thanks to Netgalley and Bookouture for this ARC. My opinions are my own.

Maddie and Cole have what appears to be an idyllic marriage until Maddie starts to receive mysterious text messages that make her question how faithful her husband truly is.
The story is written from multiple points of view; Maddie, Cole, and Ellie, their daughter. Since they had been married for quite some time, it was shocking to me how quickly Maddie started to turn on her husband. It seems as though almost everyone in the book was keeping secrets, causing the reader to question everyone's motive.
Just when you think you have it all figured out, you realize that there may be more than one guilty party.
Thank you to NetGalley for the opportunity to read this ARC in exchange for my honest opinion/review.

The. Drama! I was honestly hesitant going into this as the first few pages didn’t really grab me, but wow did that change quickly! I got sucked in and couldn’t put it down, finishing in one sitting.
I won’t recap the synopsis because I find that pointless in a review. What I will say is if you like domestic drama thrillers, This. Is. It. I caught myself several times audibly gasping as the twists unfolded. Some expected, but most of them got me even though I can usually sniff out a plot twist a mile away.
I am always a fan of multiple POV in a thriller and I thoroughly enjoyed reading through Maddie, Cole, and Ellie’s perspectives. Very well done by Browne in this book!
Thank you to NetGalley, Bookouture, and author Sheryl Browne for an advanced copy of My Loving Husband in exchange for an honest review.

This felt hastily written and not planned whatsoever. I did finish the book, painfully so. I don’t plan to read more by this author.

Holy crap that ending. This book has you wondering the entire time. I was questioning everything that Cole, Maddie and Elle were doing. This was an amazing thriller. The ending was not what I expected, and it was definitely an oh wow moment. This was a very interesting story and keeps you fully engaged the entire time. I loved it.

⭐️⭐️⭐️
This book for sure had me hooked in the beginning. The characters were all dealing with something by themselves but didn't trust their own family to help, so it made matters worse. It captures the thrilling and mysterious vibes for sure; asking the questions of who or what ?
But for me most of the plot twists were easy to spot. And it felt like it was dragging on at the end to finally reveal the truth
As always thank you Netgalley & Sheryl Browne for the Arc copy! Stay Blessed everybody 🙏🏼☺️

Thankyou bookoutoure & NetGalley for this arc copy, at first I found this book really mysterious it really grips you and portrays Cole the husband to be unfaithful and decitful. The way Cole is portrayed and carries himself in the book definitely doesn’t make any situation he is in make him look innocent. The book is full of lies & deceit especially from bitter exes. I just thought the book came to a abrupt halt and coming closer to the end I felt it was rushed

My loving husband- Had my attention from start to finish… I couldn't put it down and finished it in a day. Can't wait for more from this amazing author What an absolute cracker of a book!!!… sucked me straight in… absolutely addictive page turner… absolutely absorbed me… compelling, page-turning… will keep you up late at night

My Loving Husband is as absolute page-turner! I couldn't put it down, and the ending was diabolical!! Loved it.

I always enjoy reading Sheryl Brown's books and this was no different, from the outside it looked like Maddie and Cole had a perfect life, but the truth is far from that image, there were so many avenues that the reader was brought in that it was impossible to know who the killer was and while the author did focus in on one character, it was obvious that it wasn't them, having said that I did consider the eventual killer and half dismissed it buy was stunned by the ending. A twisty fast paced read.

This gripping page turner tells the story of Maddie, a nurse, mother & wife whose life is upturned suddenly by a series of texts and calls from a stranger claiming her husband is not who she thinks he is. Some great twists & turns along the way (and side storylines deal with difficult subjects). I thought I had it figured out but was surprised by the outcome. Very good pace & plotting. Recommend! With thanks to the author and publisher for an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

Thank you Bookouture and NetGalley for an early copy of My Loving Husband. This was a difficult one to review. It took forever to get to the truth coming out, very repetitive. Cole kept getting himself in deeper and deeper and it was becoming boring. The part with Ellie really had nothing to do with the story, she was a bit too much for a seventeen year old. Kelsey was the most obvious part of the story, there really wasn’t much need for Hannah, maybe to throw the reader off the scent. Still soooooo confused with the ending, so Maddie killed them both and Cole was going to turn her in? Cole knew about Ellie all these years? Too many questions I have. I usually love this authors books but this one didn’t do it for me, sorry.

Mind-blowing psychological thriller indeed.
Perfect husband or Perfect liar.
Can I really trust the man i married.
Solihull West Midlands.
Maddie Chase married eighteen years to Cole leading busy jobs and three children leaves no time for their relationship but it's how it is.
Then messages arrive to Maddies phone that stifle a gasp and have shook her to the core, is he always working, is he a liar, a cheat, for one thing he's always late home, confronting him hits her after the final straw "do you realise your husband is planning to kill you".
Maddie has to face the hardest thing to sink in how can she trust her man now.
Who is this other woman.
The story entails lots of twisted chapters as you read it's full on with so much happening right up to the end with a big ending to satisfy your reading.
What a book.
What a story.
What a page turner.
Absolutely brilliant.
Loved it.

I liked the beginning, It felt a little creepy and threat was present, but further on this book suffers from too much happening. It maybe would be more cogent if the author had decided on a few plot points rather than a ride to remember what terrible thing had happened most recently.
Sometimes less is more and this book could be fantastic if it did less and focused on the main parts,
