I requested this one back in the day as I had every intention of reading it. However, its been years and I still haven't gotten around to it and while I feel guilty at not reviewing a book I think that I need to admit to myself that I won't be reading this one anytime soon....if at all.

I was very much put off by the opening scene to this book, which had our main character in a bar being harassed by the (I presume) hero. It was supposed to be flirting, I suppose, but she straight up tells him to leave her alone and he response by putting hands on her???? Nope, not having it. Especially when it was so very...flat and abrupt. I knew nothing about these people before they started interacting and I knew little about them *through* their interacting, so all I was really left with was an asshole dude who thinks grabbing thighs is a good opening move. Nah.
