It is a legal drama, a marital drama and a thriller ..
Sarah has been divorced from Adam for many years.she defended him in a case and soon moved on with Bob.
Bob is not a good husband and when the woman he is having an affair with turns up dead. Sarah wonders about the men in her life.
This is a book that i enjoyed. It is part of a series So there is a character back story.

Unfortunately my enjoyment was limited as I hadn't read the first book in this series. It said it can be read as a standalone but I'd have to disagree. I enjoyed the writing style though. Thank you for the arc.
