This book club kit would make a great addition to any meeting on Breaking the Dark by Lisa Jewell. I liked that it included a wide variety of activities including discussion questions, bookmarks and food and drink ideas which made it much more interactive and gave some ideas of how to host a really engaging book club meeting,

I thought the interview with Lisa Jewell was fascinating and I always find it interesting to get a glimpse into the writing process from authors. Personally I've never really got into Marvel so this book doesn't overly appeal to me but I can see the fusion of Marvel as well as crime fiction being a lot of peoples cup of tea.

Overall this is another great book club kit and I can see a lot of people really enjoying this book!

I was interested in this as I saw Lisa Jewell discussing this book at an in-person event prior to publication, and I read and thoroughly enjoyed Breaking The Dark. I’ve also advised various authors on bonus content and book clubs discussion questions.

This book club kit is fine, the Q&A with Lisa Jewell my favourite part, the ads for other books my least favourite. Some recommended further reading, choice Lisa Jewell titles and other books looking at similar themes as Breaking The Dark would be nice.

I’m not sure how this kit will be made available to the public? As a free download or bonus content in a special edition it would be great, but I certainly wouldn’t pay money for it.

This kit offers an interview with the author, discussion questions you can ask each other, fun recipes for food and drinks to eat, and other activities like word searches. This kit is perfect for beginners who want to start their own book club.

I love all things Lisa Jewell AND marvel so this was the perfect book club kit. I love the open dialogue where book club members can take time to jot down their own questions for other book club members. I enjoy these activities as well. The word search being timed and offer prices would be fun!

This book club kit was well thought out and put together. It not only included thoughtful questions, but also activities, bookmarks, and recipe links for non-alcoholic drinks and snacks to make the book club meeting a full fledged event! The only thing I am concerned with is that the recipes are available via links and not directly in the kit and there is always a chance for a link to break. I appreciated that it included information on the author, other books by her/the publisher, and suggestions for books to read if you enjoyed this one. This would be a great kit for someone wanting to change up a book club meeting.
