Why did I wait so long to read this?

There was a time I read a lot of the Scandinavian crime books that were flooding the local book stores, but since my attention has somewhat moved from crime books in general it took me a while to get to this one. I'm glad I eventually got to it.

It was a very good story and some nice characters were introduced, and it looks like it is going to be a great series that I would like to read more about. The case was solid and there was a twist I didn't see coming.

Recommended.

Thanks to the publisher and Netgalley for providing me with a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest review!

Well this is the first book I have read from this author. I've had it on my TBR for quite some time, being at home poorly has meant that i've manages to get through a good chunk of my backlog of books.

I had read some great reviews on this book and was looking forward to reading it, a cold day, bad snow showers, the fire on and blanket wrapped around me was the perfect setting for me to dive in.

I'm travelling alone, a lot can be said about the title of a book, and this one sounded quite eerie.
This book certainly manages to hold your attention and keep you guessing throughout. A great story line that draws you in.
i'll not go into the story as I feel the description of the books tells us enough, i wouldn't like to spoil it for anyone.
This is certainly worth reading, a gripping story that will keep you entertained the whole way through.
