A psychological thriller that will have you questioning who and what to believe. Reading this book was like piecing a jigsaw puzzle together. The author gives you a little truth at a time until at the end everything falls into place seamlessly. If you like darker themes like voodoo spells, soul sucking cult leaders, dark magic and ghosts then you’ll probably enjoy this book.
Psychosis Diagnosis gives The Skeleton Key vibes, kinda the same concept but with its own creative storyline. It’s unlike anything I have read so far.

This is an entertaining, creepy, and twisty novel about ghosts. Well, not JUST ghosts. It keeps you guessing throughout and has some very horrific secrets to uncover as you read.
Morgan is a man with a troubled past. He grew up with a junkie mom and a stream of criminal father figures as he doesn't know who his biological father is. Coming up on his 18th birthday he can move away and stay with his sister and turn his life around. But that'll change when he meets a young woman from next door. She says she's in a cult, is abused by her father, and is set to be forced to marry the cult leader.
Attempting to rescue her one night he assaults the couple he believes are her abusive parents and is convicted but sent to a mental health facility for a year.
When he is released tightly held secrets start to unravel and bizarre things will happen. And, as the narrative progresses, the twisted brutal truths of a cult, ghosts, black magic, and sacrificial murder will weave together in this tense pulse pounding horror ride.
This book doesn't rely on extreme blood or gore. Instead it combines points of view from several characters (even some dead ones) to create a creepy atmosphere. The connections between all of the events and characters is expertly done and the crisp narrative doesn't linger on extensive details, just enough to get back to the plot. It's a welcome relief from some books which take three pages to describe a room!
I found this novel fascinating and engaging. It has so many twists and turns that it leaves you breathless and I highly recommend it.
