This is the first book I have read from this author and I must say I am very impressed. The story is about a little girl who gets taken away and all the people that are involved in that. I really didn’t like the character Angus I didn,t really see the point of him and his violence was really some thing I didn’t like. Apart from that it was a good book with lots of twists and turns and a sad ending. I will be getting more books from this author if they are as good as this one which I hope they are

This was predictable nevertheless an okay read following Margaret who has a car accident. She's saved by a scarred man. Before she can thank him he's gone. This event unleashes old memories...
I found this book wasn't really a thriller, it was more of a drama following several characters. I found it went off tangents at time, and overall I didn't like as much I thought I would.
