This is a YA book which isn’t my normal genre of choice- but an intriguing read. At the start of the book Chloe and her dad are fleeing in the middle of the night. Just what they are running from will be revealed but add more mystery to the story.
Her dad is a scientist and Chloe has become part of his work keeping her alive. He is trying to keep the outside world out whilst Chloe is trying to rail against his restraints. She wants to lead a normal life again and have friends and school and enjoy growing up.
The whole concept is fascinating and the characters well drawn.
