Just to preface this review, I don't think I read this at a good time. I read this last year during the pandemic and I couldn't get into it, hence the two (2.5) review.
This is a teen dystopia, Chan is born onto a spaceship called Australia, which left Earth to find a new home. This ship is full of the criminals and murderers. It's about Chan's life on board and how she survives in such a harsh environment. Chan is a very likeable character and I think this book would appeal to people who don't mind a gritty dystopian book set in space.
