Well, if the title of the book doesn't; entice you enough, there is also the gorgeous front cover of this book to tempt you - and I would suggest you don't resist!

This book delivers a much needed break from the doom and gloom of 2020, transporting us into the worlds of two sisters, Imogen and Anna, If you have read The Heavenly Ice Cream Shop you will already have met them, and if you have I hope you loved their characters as much as I did! I was really excited to see them feature in another book to see what happened next. But don't fear, if you haven't read the first book this works well as a standalone too!

As a reader we are treated to romance, adventures and a huge dollop of drama mixed in for good measure.

Flitting between Brighton and Sorrento we get to follow both Imogen and Anna, as well as a cast of enchanting and heart warming characters who we meet along the way. The book is brilliantly written, creating characters who are more than words on a page, they came to life in my imagination. The descriptions helped me to visualise the scenes and what was going on, and provided a well needed escape!

I want to say so much more about the book, but I don't want to give any of the storyline away. It would be a great read for a book group as there is lots of talk about. It is also perfect for grabbing when you want to just lose yourself in a good read and forget everything around you.
