The ever-reliable Susie Day delivers another warm, sweet, funny and moving MG delight in this spin-off from the popular Pea's Book series, which is one of my all-time favourites for the age range. Sam and Sam were two great characters in the original series and getting to know them better here is fabulous, They're a pair of incredibly distinctive characters with fantastic voices and their two mums are also lovely. A joy, as is everything by Susie Day.
