This sort of book isn't my usual genre although I know my mother in law would absolutely love it. I found it a gentle light read - well written with some charming characters

This first in a trilogy about Dilly and her family, This story is set between Nuneaton in England and Enniskerry in Ireland. It’s set during world war 1 and it was a really good read,
