A beautifully written and very moving book. I absolutely love this writer’s work. This is an author who gives a voice to every worried and nervous teen.

This wasn't quite what I expected, and I think it's a bit too mature in places for younger YA readers, however once I got into it I really enjoyed it and was disappointed to only have 3 chapters to read.

Tess is an unusual girl facing some big issues, yet her story is also that of lots of teenagers who feel that their parents don't understand them.

I am not going to be reviewing this book, but thank you for the approval.
