This was a pretty good read for me.
The story was a slow burn at the beginning but when our main characters start their journey towards North it becomes engaging,keeping the reader attention till the end.
My favorite character is Maximus,I loved to discover his true self page after page and I appreciated his courage and the love for his family and Emperor.
