I requested Night Study a few weeks ago but it was one of those books I never got around to reading before it was archived. A few months ago, a special edition set was announced of these books so I decided since they were on Kindle Unlimited to give them a go. I only got a few chapters in before realising the writing style wasn’t for me. I looked over some other reviews to see if I could persuade myself to go on, but as I read some spoilers from the series it just confirmed to me that this isn’t something I’m interested in reading in. I did apologise!

I have given this a high rating as to not negatively skew the overall rating, as while these books just aren’t to my taste they could still very much be to someone else — I know they are beloved by many!
