Always wanted to read Hawkings book. Fascinating man and genius.

An absolute classic but no matter how hard I try I cannot finish this book. I'd love to be able to. Maybe I will try again....

This book does exactly what it says on the tin, it explains in quite simple language a, not quite so, brief history of time, in a way that I could understand. It goes to show how much of a genuine stephan Hawkins is that he makes the most complex theories really easy to understand. I loved it and it is something that I would read over again.

An absolute classic. Stephen Hawking has an amazing way of explaining complex subjects in an easy to understand format, without being patronizing, yet keeping an interesting narrative. I love his books and it was a real privilege to read this. I am also a scientist, although not in to physics, and I really love the way these books are written. Amazing communication skills.
