Good story with many twists and turns. Entertaining and interesting characters that have issues and life decisions to contemplate. Keeps you hooked until the end. Good read.

This was a beautifully written historical love story. It takes place in New Zealand after the Napier earthquake. I thought the writing was atmospheric and I felt transported to this time and place.
