I have to admit I was a little disappointed in this book.
At the start of this book I thought I was really going ro enjoy it, we meet Tess who is a fitness instructor planning a wedding at her home to Bernard an art historian who she met through work, Kate has lots to do and is feeling very stressed when she gets a summons to attend jury duty just a few weeks from her wedding day she tries as she might to get our if it being snowed under with planning but so such luck. It turns out she is on the jury for power couple Kate and Damien King who have legally separated and are fighting over a £90 million painting, Kate claims it is hers as it was given to her as a gift by Damien and as part of the pre nup, anything that was gifted to Kate during the marriage is hers to keep, however Damien states it was never a gift and it is legally his. We get to read from Kates point of view and her marriage to Damien too.
Now there were some aspects of this book I really appreciated there was humour scarred through and we also have topics of infertility which were so well done and I felt every word that was written but I have to say I got bored at the 50% mark, there was just too much of the court room stuff to keep my attention and I ended up just not caring, it was only a painting after all and art in books isn't really my thing. I failed to get back into the book after this and was just left feeling like it was too long and a bit of a slog.

This is a cute chick lit book, but nothing overly memorable. I liked the story of the two women and their relationships with their partners and each other. It's more of a friendship story and is heartwarming in that way.

A sweet story about Tess and Kate- two women who would not have otherwise known each other except for a chance meeting. They're both struggling a bit with their loves. It's a good read- not too deep- and it will cheer you up.

Unfortunately, I have not been able to read and review this book.
After losing and replacing my broken Kindle and getting a new phone I was unable to download the title again for review as it was no longer available on Netgalley.
I’m really sorry about this and hope that it won’t affect you allowing me to read and review your titles in the future.
Thank you so much for giving me this opportunity.
Natalie.

Really enjoyable read. Good characters and a Good story. Well worth a read. Think others will enjoy.

Thank you to the publisher for letting me read this story.
I've read some of Claudia Carroll's books before and really loved them. Unfortunately that was not the case with "All The Ever Wished For". I find it very difficult to rate this book because I have mixed feelings about it. I was tempted to request this book because I found the cover incredibly beautiful and is a is a real eye-catcher. From the look of the cover I expected a christmassy love story. Sadly, it's not. It's totally misleading the reader and it's expectations.
Additionally to the kindle edition I listened to the audio version of this book. It is brilliantly narrated in the lovely Irish accent which I really miss hearing since I do not live in Ireland anymore.
For the most part I enjoyed this book. The writing style is fluid and easy to understand. You can immediately get carried away so that the pages just fly away. I was gripped by the two stories running parallel. Both lives where interesting to me; and I was eager to learn what the twist was in the case. I have to be completely honest about the course of the tension: the story is quite predictable. That's why I was disappointed to find out that the twist wasn't really a twist anymore. However, this does not change the fact that the book entertained me very well.
Although this book is not one of my favorites by Claudia Carroll, I'm looking forward to reading a new book from her at some point.

This is really as story of two couples, Kate and Damien, the rich celebrities, and Tess and Bernard, who become involved in a court case which revolves around the first couple. Tess, who is planning her wedding to boyfriend Bernard, is called to jury duty in a high profile case. Kate and Damien King have split up, and end up in court. Tess tries to get out of her jury duty, but ends up fascinated and finding her life is changing at the same time. Will she go through with her wedding? What will happen to the beautiful but sad Kate King? I found this a good read, particularly liking Tess's co-jurors. I would certainly read more from this author.
Thanks to the publisher for a review copy.
