This sounded like a great read and yes it was great for the first few chapters but then it just seemed to go off track and I lost interest

Loved this book, I literally read it within an afternoon as I just couldn't put it down. Would highly recommend this book, and I'm even thinking it's going to be bought and gifted as a book fairy book so others can enjoy this book also.

What to say about this book? Well … it is a lot like The Girl on the Train – a story about an alcoholic, about missing person and the alcoholic becomes a suspect number one. But otherwise …

It was an really confusing story. I was left with the feeling that it was written in one siting, without rereading or trying to make the story smoother flowing. The whole story jumps from place to place, which in itself could be understandable since the main character is an alcoholic, but it does not feel like alcoholics rambling, and the way the new information or facts surface is not logical, it feels forced. Besides all that … who would want a girlfriend like the one that Sophie is pining for.

The idea of this story is good, but deliverance is poorly.

In all honesty, i really wanted to like this. Unfortunately, I did not. I wouldn't go as far as calling it a complete and utter disappointment, however it's lacking on so many levels that I really couldn't wait for it to end, just to see where the author was going with it. The ending was even worse than expected.
