Although I did enjoy the plot and the story in general, I wasn't a huge fan of the characters and I didn't like the writing style so this was a DNF for me.

There was much to enjoy here, but I found I couldn't connect with it. I'd read more from this author in the future though.

An excellent read, cannot wait for the next book!!! Well written, gripping and fast paced. Detailed characters and excellent world building.
