I didn't find this book useful or helpful. The whole first part wasted my time. Having lost 80lbs on my own, I'd hoped for some great insight or feedback into the mindset process. Instead I felt blamed and shamed, almost yelled at at times. While I realize this wasn't the author's intent (and in fact talks about the media doing the same thing), it just didn't feel useful, practical or helpful. Yes, I'm aware the media portrays weight loss inaccurately... but NOW WHAT? Give me something practical, concrete and achievable. There was nothing of the sort in this book - just a lot of rants and quotes from others about mindset. One of the last chapters spoke briefly about diet (which I wasn't expecting), but even that was half-hazard, like an afterthought. The title of the book kept resonating with me... and not in a good way. "Enough Already" is how I felt reading the book - Enough, Already, where's the meat of this book, it's all filler and rants.

I'm sorry, I wish I could recommend it, and won't be posting a review publicly.
