This is a story of obsession. Obsession with creating the perfect dish. It's a fascinating insight into the mind of Tom Sellers "just the guy who cooks the food" at Michelin starred Restaurant Story. You gain an idea of where and how his dedication came from, the part that Tom Aitken plays in his story, and probably fair to say, without whom Tom wouldn't be the chef he is today. On another side, Tom walks through how some of his dishes came to be created; his views on ingredients "I hate olives and olive oil" and just how hard it must be to work for him.

A must read.
