There will be blood…

Three years ago Pat O’Hara went to jail for robbing a bank, taking the fall to protect his twin brother Mick and his family. 

After saving the life of a guard, Pat finds himself on parole but when he returns home, it’s not to the welcome he expected.

His brother has been murdered, leaving their mother to care for the homestead and Mick’s young son all alone.

The land is also suffering from drought, causing ranchers, such as the Conneleys and Bowens, to take their cattle to graze in piñon country.
