I didn't realise this was going to be such a short book and I wondered how the plot would play out in such a short time scale. The book was fairly short, around 100 pages probably, but it packed an awful lot into that. As you might expect, it was fast paced from the start. I feel it could have done with being slightly longer as it did feel a bit rushed but an enjoyable short read.
Don’t be fooled by the average cover; Eyes Wide Open is an action-packed, exhilarating story with an intriguing plot and genuine and engaging characters. This novella length tale managed to convey an abundance of information I just over 100 pages, and kept this reader enthralled till the very last word.
