Description
Nutrition and proper feeding are critical in a baby’s formative first months and years. However, many traditional feeding recommendations and convenience-focused baby foods are created based on convention, rather than fostering optimal health and nutrition for infants. Filled with sugar, preservatives, and chemically-refined ingredients, these conventional baby foods make children vulnerable to illnesses and developmental difficulties now—and later in life.
The revised version of Super Nutrition for Babies gives parents the latest science-verified nutritional recommendations for feeding their child. Based on the recommendations of nutrition pioneer Dr. Weston A. Price and traditional food principles, Super Nutrition for Babies, Revised Edition provides you with information on all aspects of nutrition and feeding, including when to introduce meat in a child’s diet, healthier alternatives to dairy and soy, and introducing solid foods.
You'll also get a comprehensive tutorial on establishing a regular eating schedule, dealing with picky eating, and the best foods for every age and stage.
Super Nutrition for Babies, Revised Edition is everything you need to give your baby the best nutrition to minimize illness, improve sleep, and optimize brain development.

First off I want to say I absolutely love the colors that are used for this book! I also loved that it included a chapter for "Mom's Diet". This book is full of useful suggestions such as serving size, supplements recommended for mom and baby, formula recipes and much more! The different age ranges are really helpful as well. The first recipe I tried were the Nut N' Honey Balls, they were super delicious. I can't wait to try more of the recipes for me and my little one. My next one will be Fruit Sauces. Delicious and nutritious recipes, that are easy to follow and fun to make!

Baby nutrition is quite a complicated matter. This book Super Nutrition for Babies is really interesting as it covers the baby nutrition matter, including how the mother's diet can be of great influence on baby nutrition. I liked reading this book and learning more about baby nutrition.
As a picky eater and a mom of a VERY picky eater this book is very very helpful. The information is very easy to understand and to follow. Very important facts and advices for moms to be and new moms.
A lot of good and yummy recipes.
3.5 stars
I appreciated the book's focus on nutrition and that it covered a range from birth to 24 months.
The layout and photos were nicely done.
Having sections that cover feeding schedules, solid foods, and picky eaters was also a plus. I enjoyed learning more about baby's nutrition and hope to use some of the recipes soon!
