Another emotional rollercoaster ride. The first time I've come across a story where an invisible illness like lupus is such a big part. Loved the family dynamics and the way the siblings all stick together. Looking forward to Ethan's story.

Loved Liam and Arden together, was a emotional ride. Can't wait for Ethan's story and to read more of the Montgomery family.

Thanks to Netgalley and the publisher for the advance read, I am voluntarily providing my honest review.

I absolutely loved this book. The story between Liam and Arden was so beautiful. Lots of subplots going on between both Liam and Arden families.

Wrapped In Ink by Carrie Ann Ryan is the first book in a new series about the Montgomery Family. This time we are focused on the Bolder portion of the family. There are three brothers and one sister all who are unmarried to their mother’s dismay. The oldest brother, Liam Montgomery was in a sudden accident that caused a small disturbance during the wedding, but a huge problem for him to come to terms with. While he was being checked over at the hospital, he met (in the next bed) Arden Brady. Her spoke with her for a while, took her phone number and then things went haywire...so he didn’t call.

Arden Brady is in the hospital for another attack of her Lupus. It has a rough cycle and her lupus has been causing so many symptoms recently. She hopes for the pain to recede while she passed some time talking to Liam. He leaves with her number...but doesn’t call. Arden was chasing her dog, a couple of weeks later only to literally run into Liam.

I liked the story of how they began, even though I did have to suspend reality about them being in a hospital room together. I like how he wanted to know her and understand her. I loved their connection with books. I have to admit it, Jasper was my favorite character first turning blue and then later green.

Wrapped in Ink: Montgomery Ink: Bolder #1 by Carrie Ann Ryan was a good read.
